Terms of Service
Terms for using Burning Bridges AI and its photo-to-video generation service.
Last updated: 2026-10-12
Publication items to complete: specify the operator’s legal name and contact, minimum user age, governing law and dispute process, and the commercial terms that are not shown in the product code (including cash-refund eligibility and unused-credit treatment).
Agreement and the service
These Terms apply when you access or use Burning Bridges AI. The service uses a portrait and a fixed reference performance to generate a short video. A generated clip is designed around the 15-second reference scene and its original soundtrack. Generation quality and availability can vary, and a result is not guaranteed.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator’s legal identity and business address have not been provided and must be added before publication.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Notify the operator through its designated support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The minimum age for using the service has not been specified. The operator must set and publish an age requirement before accepting users.
Your uploads and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload a photo and request its transformation. If another person appears in the photo, obtain the permissions required to use their image for AI video generation and any sharing you plan to do.
You grant the service permission to receive, store, transmit, and process your upload and related task inputs as needed to provide the requested generation, store the result, and operate the service. The service may send those inputs to the configured video-generation provider. That provider’s independent terms and data practices also apply to its processing; this service does not make claims here about provider retention or training practices.
Do not upload or use content to:
- violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
- impersonate, harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person;
- create or distribute non-consensual sexual or intimate content, or exploit or sexualize minors;
- interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload malware or harmful files; or
- infringe third-party rights in the reference scene, soundtrack, or other material.
Generated videos and third-party material
The reference performance includes a scene and original soundtrack. Rights in those reference elements may belong to third parties. The service does not grant rights beyond those the relevant rights holders allow. Before publishing, advertising, monetizing, or otherwise distributing a generated video, you are responsible for checking that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Generated results may be inaccurate, unsuitable, unavailable, or different from what you expected. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it.
Credits, orders, and payment
The credit cost, product price, currency, and any validity period shown at purchase or before generation apply to that transaction. Product and credit settings may change over time. Credits are used for service features and are not a promise of a particular generation result.
The site processes payments through the provider selected for checkout and records order and credit transactions. The Refund Policy describes the generation-credit return rule currently present in the application. Cash-refund eligibility, deadlines, processing times, and the treatment of unused or expired purchased credits have not been specified; the operator must complete those terms before publication.
Availability and suspension
The operator may update or suspend features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to address misuse, security risks, or a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. The operator’s identity, applicable liability limits, governing law, and dispute process require review and completion for the jurisdictions where the service is offered.
Changes
These Terms may be revised as the service changes. The revised date will be shown above. If a change materially affects users, the operator may provide a notice through the service where appropriate.
