Refund Policy

How generation credits are handled after a failed Burning Bridges AI video task and which refund terms still need confirmation.

Last updated: 2026-10-12

Important: this policy is incomplete for cash refunds. The application defines a credit return for terminally failed video generations, but the operator has not supplied cash-refund eligibility, deadlines, request instructions, or processing times. Those terms must be decided before this page is treated as a complete purchase policy.

Credits returned after a failed generation

The application is configured to return the credits spent on a video-generation task when that task reaches a terminal failure state. The credit compensation is added to the user’s service balance; it is a return of service credits, not a refund of money to a payment method.

A queued or processing task is not yet a terminal failure. If the task remains unresolved, the credit return may remain pending until the task reaches a final state and the application completes the compensation.

Cash refunds and other purchase cases

The operator has not provided a decision on:

  • whether a purchase can be refunded to its original payment method;
  • eligible and ineligible purchases, including unused, partly used, or expired credits;
  • any request deadline or the information required to make a request;
  • the support channel that receives refund requests;
  • payment-provider processing times, currencies, taxes, or fees; or
  • how duplicate, mistaken, disputed, or unauthorized payments are handled.

No cash-refund deadline, eligibility rule, or processing time is promised or denied by this draft. The operator must supply those terms and a support contact before publication.

How to request help

Refund request channel: to be provided by the operator before publication. Include the order reference and the account used for the purchase when contacting support, but do not send full payment-card details.

Policy changes

The operator may revise this policy as purchase and credit rules are finalized. The update date appears above.
